Friendly staff, great service, and on-site parking available 😀. A satisfying experience overall.

By and large, it was fabulous base for sightseeing in Bacau, had much fun and met outstanding and helpful staff in the restaurant and bar-during service. We were offered guest room complete with a nice view, good breakfast, for instance.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the variety of drinks served at the bar. They had an impressive selection of fine spirits that made our evenings truly enjoyable. We felt like connoisseurs, sipping on our drinks and chatting away, creating memories that we will cherish.

The hotel's location was convenient, close to restaurants, bars, Bacau city center, and only 2 km away from Arena Shopping Mall. We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Emd in Bacau for 3 nights.

The best aspects were the cleanliness of the place, the hotel facilities, the location and the staff. The rooms were really clean and well-maintained. The hotel itself had excellent facilities, including a large indoor swimming pool and a delicious breakfast. The location was also very good, with easy access to transportation and parking available. Most importantly, the staff were kind and helpful.

The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing us to stay connected.

The hotel had fantastic fitness facilities, perfect for young holiday goers looking to stay active and fit.

The temperature in the hotel felt warm at times, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and went out of their way to ensure guest comfort.

The only thing I didn't particularly enjoy was the private bathroom with a spa bath. It's just a personal preference, but I found it a bit too fancy for my taste.
